Job Description:
- Assisting the Director of College/Division Business Operations in managing business and financial services for a significant College/Division.
- Supervising administrative and financial activities, including personnel, procurement, payroll, and budgetary information.
- Facilitating staff recruitment for the College/Division.
- Aiding in budget administration and preparing budget reports and analyses.
- Representing the College/Division when necessary.
- Providing financial, budgetary, and personnel training and support to departmental staff.
- Reviewing and certifying expenditure and income documents.
- Ensuring contract compliance with university policies.
- Performing other assigned job duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Requires a comprehensive understanding of analytical, technical, or professional disciplines. Education may be considered in place of experience, and experience may be considered in place of education.
