The Associate Director of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of our company's productivity, quality control, labor resources, business processes, and regulatory compliance. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Operations and is responsible for assisting with the oversight of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with screening and interviewing labor resources for the company
- Monitor the performance of company labor resources
- Provide training and counseling to company labor resources
- Manage staff levels and hours of company labor resources
- Assist Executive Director of Operations with planning, assigning, and directing work of company employees under direct supervision
- Assist with management and monitoring of new and existing company clients
- Develop relationships and establish communication with clients
- Troubleshoot client and staff concerns
- Oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure successful and efficient operation of the company
- Assist with company's HIPAA and HITECH compliance efforts
- Assist Executive Director of Operations with coordination, supervision, and monitoring of human resources activities and policies and procedures
- Represent company at client and internal meetings
- Work closely with company's management team to set and implement policies and systems
- Communicate operating policies to company staff
- Assist with tracking and management of vendor performance and budgets
- Coordinate with company's IT resources to ensure successful operation of company's systems and applications
- Maintain reliable, regular attendance and punctuality
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and managers
- Maintain professional demeanor and tone in written and oral communications
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet deadlines
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in completing work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $163,785.00 per year

Experience:
- Healthcare management: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPC or coding certification (Preferred)
