At our organization, which comprises over 1,200 physicians, 300 advanced practice providers, and 2,200 health professionals and staff, we have a mission to propel medicine forward.

We are currently looking for Clinic Appointment Coordinators to ensure a seamless check-out process for patients, schedule follow-up appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Clinic Appointment Coordinator at UMPhysicians, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinic's operations, including managing wait lists, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the clinical staff to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families warmly during the check-out process
  • Coordinate and schedule future appointments accurately
  • Embrace technology to support your role effectively
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor with patients and their families

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic medical terminology and keyboarding skills
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong multitasking and critical thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility in assignments and duties
  • Experience with EPIC is a plus

Location:
909 Fulton St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455 Fourth Floor
Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday ($1.10 shift differential after 3pm)
