Responsibilities:

- Offer technical support to those interested in solar energy

- Facilitate public education and volunteer engagement
- Implement state solar programs and conduct relevant research
Required Qualifications:
- Resident of Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years of advocacy, online engagement, or communications experience
- Ability to work remotely and travel within Minnesota
- Proficient in online tools and social media
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish or Hmong
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude for engaging with diverse groups
- Knowledge of social, energy, or environmental issues in Minnesota
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years of advocacy, online engagement, or communications experience
- Proficiency in Computer skills
