As a Program Management Associate - SharePoint Design and Development, you will be responsible for designing and developing the SSC/PK SharePoint site and sub-sites and tools in accordance with the organizational Concept of Operations and Knowledge Management Program Manager-approved priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop the SSC/PK SharePoint site and sub-sites and tools in accordance with the organizational Concept of Operations and Knowledge Management Program Manager-approved priorities.
- Use agile development and user experience design methods for all new and existing sites and tools to support product initiation, requirements refinement, human-centered research and design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancement.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement of new and existing products by conducting continual enhancements, bug fixes, monitoring, testing and evaluation, analytics, and support activities.
- Understand and facilitate Integration efforts including SharePoint and other web-based platforms to meet organizational and user needs.
- Develop and deliver an SSC/PK SharePoint Concept of Operations (CONOPS) not later than 45 calendar days after contract award.
- Develop and deliver a complete SharePoint Site Map not later than 90 calendar days after contract award.
- Perform SharePoint modernization, including removing outdated or unused pages, updating content, design revisions, and enhancing the overall user interface.
- Perform responsibilities of the SCA including designing and maintaining features for SharePoint site, securing information, developing and maintaining sites, delivering training to Site Owners, ensuring compliance with policies, running usage reports, and recommending enhancements based on user feedback.
- Minimum Education & Certification(s): AA/AS required, BA/BS Degree Preferred.
- Minimum Yrs. Experience and/or Expertise: 5 Years' Experience Required with SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Teams Experience Required; TMT Experience Preferred.
- Clearance: Secret.
- Location: El Segundo, CA (Telework/Remote Eligible).
