Job Summary:

Additionally, they will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of agency-wide staff-training plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Development Department to develop and submit funding requests to private foundations and public funding sources.
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of agency-wide staff-training plans.
  • Conduct outreach and community engagement activities to promote health education and program participation.
  • Develop and maintain resource files and directories of information regarding available programs, services, and contact persons in the community.
  • Assist with orienting new Health Educators to program policies and procedures.
  • Develop and submit accurate reports regarding program activities, patients served, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.A./B.S. in a health-related field or comparable work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
