About the Team

The Executive Events and Experiences team leads portfolio of executive events including sports hospitality programs, executive sponsorships, Executive Symposium at Rising and Workday's activation at the World Economic Forum.

About the Role
Workday is actively looking for an experienced Executive Event Manager to support our growing portfolio of sports hospitality events.

You'll work on a variety of programs with an executive audience focused primarily on sports hospitality programs We're looking for a professional with progressive and demonstrated success in coordinating and driving executive events.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Assist in the management of hospitality programs at various sporting events such as AT&T Pebble Beach, The Masters, US Open Tennis Championship and various F1 races.

Work closely with sales and field marketing to manage a nomination process for each event to develop invitation list.
Establish and manage process, meetings and milestones. Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependency to ensure established milestones are met.
Develop, track and manage program budgets.
Work with brand and creative services to ensure all materials are on brand.
Manage vendor relationships required to support programs.
Facilitate planning meetings with internal and external partners.
About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of demonstrated success in "hands on" event management with at least 2 years managing executive events
Exceptional budget management and negotiation skills. Continually identify, propose, and implement cost-savings opportunities.
Event audience acquisition experience required
Superior project management, attention to detail and organization skills
Experience using collaborative tools like Workfront and a high comfort level in SFDC
Ability to travel up for 40%
Other Qualifications
Positive and consistent customer service

orientation. Strong

verbal and written communication skills a must.
Excellent computer and technology skills
High levels of tact and diplomacy
Ability to interact with all levels of people including senior executives
Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team

environment.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
