The Event Marketing team is responsible for engaging with community members, raising awareness through conversation, and addressing questions community members may have regarding our clients' causes.

By partnering with community-based causes and non-governmental organizations, we are able to help organizations achieve their benchmarks and missions while giving back to our community.

We provide comprehensive, in-person training to ensure a thorough understanding of client/customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily meetings to stay up-to-date on client-provided statistics and facts.
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive awareness and community engagement.
  • Identify target demographics and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on need.
  • Manage event materials and utilize merchandise to increase awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and management.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional self-management skills.
