Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies that promote revenue expansion across all service divisions (HVAC, electrical, Comfort Cloud, and plumbing).
  • Oversee the marketing budget, including invoicing and reporting by service center.
  • Manage all marketing channels and communications, encompassing branding, public relations, community sponsorships, outreach, advertising, and internal promotional materials.
  • Identify and analyze emerging market trends and requirements that will influence product modifications or the development of new offerings.
  • Devise and execute strategies to broaden the company's customer base through various channels, including television, radio, email marketing, and digital growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing data, tracking the entire lifecycle of comprehensive campaigns.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Occasionally travel to various locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in achieving marketing objectives, with a history of developing and executing effective campaigns.
  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies, advertising initiatives, and successful public relations campaigns.
  • Expertise in TV and radio scripting, strategy, execution, direct mail management, email marketing, and digital growth (SEO, PPC, website management).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing creative content teams and a demonstrated ability to lead and expand a robust marketing department.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, including promotional calendars, new product launches, and other marketing projects.
  • Ability to negotiate with media partners to secure favorable contracts.
  • Manage relationships with agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other vendors, including contract negotiation and oversight.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams to produce high-quality materials within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in facilitating group meetings, building strong teams, and mentoring existing professionals.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience in senior-level sales and/or marketing roles with a demonstrated record of achievements.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Working Conditions:

Typical office environment. May require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs.
