We have a part time opening for an Development Associate to help our Mission Advancement Office. This position is 20 hours per week and there is some flexibility with hours. This is an on site position location in Far Northeast Philadelphia.

PART TIME DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE -

Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Manage donor relationships and cultivate new partnerships
  • Utilize fundraising platforms such as Raiser's Edge to track donations and donor information
  • Coordinate events including planning, logistics, and execution
  • Oversee volunteer programs and ensure volunteer engagement
  • Handle social media management and digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for development projects

Experience:

  • Previous experience in relationship management and fundraising
  • Proficiency in tools such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, and Raiser's Edge
  • Strong event planning skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of volunteer management best practices
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes for development projects
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies for fundraising campaigns
