Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Service Lead to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a Valet Service Lead, you will be responsible for directing the activities of all Valet Associates on assigned shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Valet Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the activities of all Valet Associates on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with established company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Plan and direct the daily operations of the Valet Department in the absence of management on assigned shifts.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the Valet Department on assigned shifts, by training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating Valet Associates.
  • Ensure a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
  • Oversee the cost-efficiency, staffing, and uniform standards of Valet Associates on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure that the work areas for Valet Associates are kept clean, neat, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Six (6) months Valet experience is required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record - two (2) or less moving violations within a 12-month period.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates of the organization.
Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Must be physically fit and able to repeatedly jog to and from the Valet parking lot for the duration of the shift. This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas, may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
