Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Coordination: Provide primary support for program leads in planning firm professional development programs/academies, including coordination and program logistics, budget tracking, venue sourcing, and liaison services.
- Learning Management System Expertise: Develop and enhance expertise in the firm's learning management system to effectively track and maintain training records.
- Event Planning and Support: Edit and post practice group training videos for inclusion in the training library on the intranet site, and provide logistical support for practice group training efforts as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide analytical and administrative support in the coordination and processing of CLE requests for firm-sponsored programs.
- Talent Development Initiatives: Support any and all other training and development, talent, or engagement initiatives as needed.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills, effective written and oral communication skills, ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Firm personnel and staff, exercise sound judgment, and work well under pressure.
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP offers a competitive salary range for this position, which will be determined during the interview process. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits.
