About The Opportunity
Provides leadership in executing customer contracts while ensuring profitability and quality.

  • Execute customer requirements as defined in the contracts.
  • Manage Service Center operations, including hiring and development of staff.
  • Deliver on Operations objectives.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are accurate and being followed.
  • Oversee inventory reporting accuracy into SmartTrak by Service Center employees.
  • Generate data needed for monthly invoices to customers.
  • Research and source vendors for necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Serve as part of the ORBIS RPM Leadership Team and maintains productive relationships with other members of the Leadership Team. Maintains a strong connection with the overall business strategy.
