Position: Campus Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Compensation: Salary up to $130,000, unlimited PTO per policy.

We are seeking a Campus Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee our operations and ensure exceptional service delivery at Lake Country Health Services (a skilled nursing community) and Lake Country Landing (an assisted living community).

Role Overview:
The Campus Executive Director is accountable for the comprehensive management of both a skilled nursing facility and an assisted living campus. This role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
- Direct and manage all daily operations within the campus, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective systems for resident care, staffing, financial management, and facility operations.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork and excellence among staff members.
- Formulate and execute a strategic business plan that promotes quality care and maximizes financial returns.

2. Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with the support center to create and manage the annual operating budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet budgetary objectives while ensuring profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement while maintaining high care standards.

3. Resident Care and Satisfaction:
- Ensure the highest quality of care and services for residents, enhancing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Implement programs that foster resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly, maintaining open communication.

4. Staff Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise qualified staff, promoting professional growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to create a positive work environment that encourages employee retention.

5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors through effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to standards.

6. Community Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, community organizations, and healthcare professionals.
- Act as an advocate for the campus, promoting its reputation and fostering community involvement.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:
The role requires regular communication and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
- Current state license as Nursing Home Administrator.
- Previous experience in a post-acute care setting.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to be licensed as an NHA within 6 months based on state requirements.
