Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Lead a team of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Participate in departmental strategic planning and policy-making
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in Nursing, including 1 year of supervisory experience
- Advanced clinical and technical knowledge of the Operating Room
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently during the work shift. You will be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical, radiation, blood, and body fluids on a continuous basis.
