What You Will Do:

As a SAP SuccessFactors Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors platform and suite of services to meet our business objectives. You will work closely with partners to understand requirements, define architecture, and lead the implementation and integration of SuccessFactors modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and requirements.

Design end-to-end solutions using SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession Planning.

Develop and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Lead implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems..

Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

Provide expertise and guidance to development teams, support teams, and end users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and trends, and assess their potential impact on our systems and processes.

Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Providing tier-2 and tier-3 level support and oversight to the team to support the day-to-day operational needs.

Supporting data integrations between SuccessFactors and other downstream systems.

Your Qualifications:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) such as SuccessFactors Certified Professional, SuccessFactors Certified Application Associate, or similar.
