Cantrip, Inc. is a leading hemp beverage brand known for producing flavorful low-dose seltzers and other beverages for the hemp cannabis markets. Our goal is to be the social seltzer, bringing people together with great-tasting cannabis beverage products. As a fast-growing start-up in the hemp and cannabis space, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive our sales program in the region. This role involves collaborating with the COO, DSD, and sales representatives to enhance and oversee the sales program.

The Regional Sales Manager will:

  • Lead the sales team in each territory to exceed goals through coaching and deploying business solutions.
  • Manage key regional customer relationships, including communication of new item authorizations and category reviews.
  • Design and communicate execution expectations for all promotional activities at the store level.
  • Utilize weekly reporting to identify growth opportunities and develop KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to balance company priorities and customer needs.

Must Haves:

  • Proven ability to drive sales team growth while aligning with profit goals.
  • Experience in beverage sales and business acumen to scale a distributor successfully.
  • Commitment to upholding brand and company standards with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and passion for brand building.
  • Geographic knowledge of respective territory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience managing DSD and leading sales teams.
  • Previous beverage or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and VIP, iDig + KARMA.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
  • Travel across Southeastern United States required.
  • Ability to handle moderate physical loads and work flexible hours.
