Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northern American market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with dealers and end-users, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the region.
  • Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network, providing training, support, and resources to ensure their success.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with end-users, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our product management team to develop new products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a professional office environment, with occasional travel required to meet with customers and dealers.
