Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Human Resources administration, including associate relations, recruitment, training, benefit management, and more
  • Directly manage the Human Resources team, comprising a Coordinator, Manager, and Assistant Director
  • Lead labor relations with three unions, handling negotiations, compliance, training, and grievances
  • Guide on associate relations matters, investigations, coaching, and policy enforcement
  • Recommend and participate in training programs, staying updated on industry trends
  • Conduct annual goal setting, performance reviews, and manage salary increases and bonuses
  • Develop yearly budgets for labor and HR expenses, ensuring accurate forecasts
  • Act as a valuable member of the Executive Committee, collaborating closely with operational departments
  • Support high potential leaders' development and advocate for their advancement
  • Champion associate recognition and service excellence initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and employment laws at all levels
  • Provide oversight on compensation practices, benefit administration, safety compliance, and more

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in HR with experience in talent acquisition, training, and benefits management
  • At least 5 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a hospitality setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and budget management experience
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft (HRIS) and/or Taleo Enterprise (ATS) is a plus
