The Role

The Lead Audio-Visual Technician role is the heart of our company, because it is the face to the customer for all our installation and service needs. We rely on Lead AV technicians to lead others and get the job done The successful candidate should have some or all of these requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of Crestron, Biamp (and other AV technology) and installation and service experience
  • Installing and troubleshooting commercial audio-visual technology
  • Providing top-level customer service with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee a team but also be a working lead
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, and Engineering
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree, but not required
