**Job Summary**
**What a typical day looks like:**
Responsible for interfacing with customers over the telephone and in person in order to resolve problems and issues relating to the status of customers products.
Communicates with customers to resolve problems or issues.
Responsible for escalating technical and functional matters and completing complaint investigations.
Monitors status on customer product commitments.
Expedites product repairs.
Research parts replacements.
**The experience were looking to add to our team:**
Typically requires 1 year of related customer support experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Typically requires basic competency related to function.
Must have excellent telephone skills. Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge and participates in process. Has awareness of Flex techniques.
