**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of automotive knowledge to assist customers with repair questions.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
