Electronics and Industrials is looking for an Operations / Business Finance Analyst to work within the Industrial Solutions (ISOL) line of business.

This position will provide financial support to the line of business, and report to the E&I Global Operations Finance Manager.

Please note this role is based in Wilmington, DE and team members work onsite 3 days each week .

Your Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and accountability for Cost of Revenue analysis across the line of business from source system to global reporting.


COM to COGS forecast and analysis for use in the monthly financial outlook process as well as being able to report on monthly variances and unit rate trend analysis.


Work closely with plant accounting to consolidate monthly plant cost spend and providing an outlook along with reporting and variance analysis on spend and plant utilization to LOB finance and Operations Leadership.

Work with Supply Chain to support Inventory outlook processes and working capital analysis.

Ensure integrity, accuracy, and appropriate use of financial data and management reporting.

Collaborate with business partners to deliver accurate and timely results, including relevant variance explanations.


Support annual planning processes for the business by working with Accounting Centers and Operations Teams to produce yearly budgets that integrate into business plans.

Assist cost center owners with on-going analysis and control of expenses.


Ad hoc financial modeling and investment proposals working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders; providing decision support and financial guidance as needed to maximize business value.


Ensure adherence to financial and controllership policies within the business, based on corporate guidance and business strategies (including SOX compliance for business finance processes).


Your Qualification Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Technical field – required

Minimum of 5 years' experience with the capacity to grow and develop within the finance business

Demonstrated understanding of product costing and financial acumen with analytical and controllership competencies – required.

Prior experience working in an SAP product costing / plant accounting role.


Strong skill set in MS Office, SAP, Integrated reporting tools and a willingness to work and learn new accounting and reporting systems.

Working knowledge of Power BI reporting would be considered an asset.


Ability to balance multiple and conflicting priorities, working in a global role, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality of work.

Effective, simple communication of complex financial situations. Ability to articulate financial issues and impacts in the global business context.

Comfort in a visible, fast-paced, dynamic/uncertain business environment.


Capable of networking with key contacts, including Integrated Operations Leaders, Business Leadership, Supply Chain, Operation teams, Regional and Global Finance teams.

Critical thinking and strong business acumen.
