Your Role

As a Finance Analyst in our expanding Finance Department, you will report directly to the Manager of Corporate FP&A. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive financial analyses, including budget variances, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
  • Preparing and evaluating financial performance data for various business units.
  • Identifying and analyzing variances, trends, and deviations from financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with function leads to prepare monthly financial outlooks.
  • Enhancing understanding of costs associated with each function.
  • Assisting in the consolidation of analyses to inform executive communications.
  • Improving forecast accuracy and testing future cost assumptions.
  • Conducting ad hoc scenario analyses as needed.
  • Working collaboratively across Corporate Finance and Functions to provide support and solutions.
  • Refining data and processes to simplify and automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business finance, accounting, or strategic financial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP financial statements and non-GAAP financial KPIs.
  • Proficiency in core financial systems such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP.

Preferred:

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
