Your Role

As a Finance Analyst within our expanding Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate FP&A, you will engage in various financial analyses, including:

  • Budget variance analysis
  • Forecasting and profit objective preparation
  • Capital budgeting

You will be responsible for preparing and evaluating financial performance data for individual business units, recognizing trends, and explaining variances from established plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare monthly financial outlooks.
  • Enhance understanding of costs associated with each function.
  • Assist in consolidating analyses for executive communications.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and validate future cost assumptions.
  • Conduct ad hoc scenario analyses as needed.
  • Work collaboratively across Corporate Finance and Functions to provide support.
  • Refine data and processes to simplify and automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in business finance, accounting, or strategic financial roles
  • A strong grasp of GAAP financial statements
  • Familiarity with non-GAAP financial KPIs
  • Proficiency in core financial systems, including Power BI, Excel, and SAP
