About the OpportunityYou will play a key role overseeing the sales and client coordinator teams.

Key responsibilities include:


Effectively leads the sales team to ensure sales & revenue goals are metCollaborates with Marketing and other internal departments in support of the sales processDevelop, maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and partnership organizationsWork with State & Federal funding sources to secure financial training assistance for customersMaintains overall efficiency & effectiveness of the training and scheduling processes, and collaborates with other departments to provide manufacturing training and resources to Michigan manufacturersOversees compliance with IACET standard for issuing CEU's and SHRM related activitiesAbout YouYou have exceptional sales/business development leadership experience with a track record of success in sales at the executive level, and have the ability to inspire a team toward achieving sales goals.
