About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position within Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise product to maximize sales.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
  • Grow Sales: Learn the basics of the role, including four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training, and apply that knowledge to grow sales on the route.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
