Job Summary

The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving clients through the sales process to a membership sale. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming personality.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients
  • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relative training programs
  • Take pictures for social media platforms
  • Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Warm welcoming and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Must have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
  • Evening availability and weekends
