Your Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation - Leverage your expertise in the electronic components sector to identify critical markets and potential clients within your designated sales territory.
  • Promotion and Sales - Advocate for and sell the Value Add, Supply Chain, and Full Life Cycle programs provided by Arrow.
  • Strategic Planning - Formulate your sales approach and cultivate essential internal and external relationships to lay a solid groundwork for solution-oriented selling.
  • Relationship Building - Establish and nurture connections with clients to secure design opportunities and address existing business challenges.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Ensure client satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Account Management - Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, marketing the complete range of Arrow offerings while incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
  • Geographical Focus - While your primary responsibility will involve managing accounts in West Michigan, your role is not confined to this area.

Qualifications:

  • Innovative self-starters who are ready to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the electronic components sector.
  • Experience in lighting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience are preferred.
  • Current or recent industry experience and knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., clients, competition).
  • Experience in selling value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle services.
  • Proven track record in developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to articulate complex strategies and execute them effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
  • Experience in engaging with vendors and clients in a technical and engineering context.
  • Experience in preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to enhance sales, stimulate demand, and improve customer service, along with the capability to lead regular QBRs with major clients to unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including Oracle.

This position is fully remote, with the requirement to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Compensation Range:

$81,000 - $137,502.77

Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
