Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Conduct regular assessments of HR programs and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to support talent acquisition efforts.

Employee Relations and Engagement:


Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive work environment through the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, ensuring fair and equitable resolution.

Training and Development:
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.

Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and feedback from managers and employees.

Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits enrollment.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations and job evaluations.

HR Administration and Compliance:
Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and employment contracts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.


5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, EEO, and FLSA.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Proven track record of implementing innovative HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.

High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
