We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team at BBSI Fresno. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic human capital management guidance to clients, including employment law compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clients' employees.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on current laws, events, industry trends, and economic factors that may impact BBSI and its clients.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on and strategic HR management.
  • Multi-client/units consulting experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and ability to benchmark, measure, analyze, and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $95,000-110,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
