As a part of the team, you'll play a critical role in developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions that meet both customer-facing and internal needs. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to create innovative tech solutions while adhering to best practices.
Role Overview:
Focus:
Designs, develops, evaluates, and modifies software and systems to meet application needs.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Developing analytical reports for key stakeholders using Oracle Analytics
- Creating reusable data assets for analysis
- Applying software engineering best practices to analytics code
- Collaborating with a diverse range of team members to solve technical problems and create solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Development experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Oracle Analytics offerings
- Understanding of BI tools and Data Modelling
- Experience with Agile development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Analytics solutions on Big Data Platforms
- Understanding of Oracle Recruiting and HCM
- Experience with other analytical tools like Tableau or Power-BI
- Understand CI/CD processes and cloud technologies
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Passion for learning new technologies
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
