Your Impact:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Crafting analytical reports for key stakeholders utilizing Oracle Analytics.
- Developing reusable data assets that are primed for analysis.
- Implementing software engineering best practices in analytics coding.
- Collaborating with product owners, delivery managers, vendors, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to tackle complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Development or equivalent experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Practical experience in designing and developing backend data models for Reporting & Analytics.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau and/or Power-BI.
- A solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehousing (DW), Data Modeling concepts, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and coding across various platforms and languages as required.
- Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:
- A solid understanding of Analytics solutions and architecture on Big Data Platforms.
- Knowledge of integrated data sets.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Jenkins, XLR, and Maven.
- Understanding of Internal and Public cloud technologies.
- Professional certifications are advantageous.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in practical software solutions.
- A proactive approach to supporting colleagues and collaborating to achieve shared goals.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually, plus bonuses and benefits.
