Your Impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting analytical reports for key stakeholders utilizing Oracle Analytics.
  • Developing reusable data assets that are primed for analysis.
  • Implementing software engineering best practices in analytics coding.
  • Collaborating with product owners, delivery managers, vendors, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to tackle complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Development or equivalent experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Practical experience in designing and developing backend data models for Reporting & Analytics.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau and/or Power-BI.
  • A solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehousing (DW), Data Modeling concepts, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design and coding across various platforms and languages as required.
  • Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to influence key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:

  • A solid understanding of Analytics solutions and architecture on Big Data Platforms.
  • Knowledge of integrated data sets.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Jenkins, XLR, and Maven.
  • Understanding of Internal and Public cloud technologies.
  • Professional certifications are advantageous.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in practical software solutions.
  • A proactive approach to supporting colleagues and collaborating to achieve shared goals.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually, plus bonuses and benefits.
