The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team integrates foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering, AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, all grounded in a data technology model that emphasizes data governance. This team focuses on developing customer-facing capabilities that enhance digital engagement and core technical capabilities that span various business lines and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating analytical reports for key stakeholders utilizing Oracle Analytics.
- Developing reusable data assets prepared for analysis.
- Implementing software engineering best practices in analytics coding.
- Collaborating with product owners, delivery managers, vendors, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development or comparable roles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Practical experience in designing and developing backend data models for Reporting & Analytics.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau and/or Power-BI.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehousing (DW), Data Modeling concepts, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and coding across various platforms and languages as applicable.
- Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proven capability to resolve technical issues and influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Analytics solutions and architecture on Big Data Platforms.
- Familiarity with integrated data sets.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes using Jenkins, XLR, and Maven.
- Knowledge of Internal and Public cloud technologies.
- Professional certifications are advantageous.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them effectively.
- Ability to proactively support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve objectives.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually plus bonus and benefits.
This range represents the expected salary for this position. In determining your compensation, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
