Position: Field Engineer I

Job Summary: Under close supervision, the Field Engineer I is responsible for various fundamental field engineering tasks related to the installation, operations, testing, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems. This role is entry-level and typically involves working as part of a project team.

  • Conduct research and reference reading to support higher-level engineers
  • Stay informed about approved standards and engineering procedures
  • Perform basic engineering tasks like tolerance studies and design calculations
  • Plan and execute engineering steps and solve technical issues
  • Support projects with detailed instructions and prepare necessary documentation
  • Assist in report preparation and technical studies

Requirements: Applicants must have an Associate's degree in engineering, formal training, or military equivalent with at least 4 years of technical experience in the field. They should be familiar with engineering principles, test methods, and possess a valid driver's license. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance are essential.

Salary: The expected annual salary for this role ranges from $66,140 to $81,120.
