As a Sr Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure each applicant has a positive experience at New Relic from start to finish.

You will act as a brand ambassador to our applicants, demonstrating our values in all of your interactions.

Emotional intelligence is key as you connect with both candidates and internal partners, keeping in mind the importance of timely communication.

You can thrive as part of a collaborative team that encourages new insights to drive and improve our interview process.

What you'll do
Partner closely with the Regional Recruiting team to create a positive candidate experience for our prospects and applicants, continuously innovating and improving ways to differentiate us as an employer of choice
Coordinate all aspects of the interview experience from partnering with hiring managers and recruiters on scheduling, proactively and timely correspondence with candidates, and hosting candidates either virtually or in person to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
Act as an advisor recruiting and Hiring Managers on standard methodologies for candidate experience through your knowledge and research
Proactively communicate with key internal partners, providing timely updates or changes to schedule or process improvements
Serve as a mentor or peer coach in solving unique situations or to support onboarding new team members
Collaborate and support the larger TA & People team on projects as needed
Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs
This role requires

At least 2 years of experience in the customer service, coordination in a corporate environment preferably within the recruiting area
Strong time management and ability to prioritize work
General knowledge of HR practices
Ability to excel in independent work settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact
