Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential support to the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
