Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the HRIS system.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
