Job Summary

SVS Vision is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of FP&A to join our finance team. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA certification with a strong background in USGaap and IFRS (preferred) Experience working with ERP or SAP computer systems Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. In-depth knowledge of financial modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies. Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
