This position will work with publications including, but not limited to: Cruising World, Sailing World, Yachting and Sailing World Regattas.
As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring their successful execution across various platforms. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external contributors to deliver effective advertising solutions that meet client objectives within specified timelines.
Responsibilities:1. Coordinate ad campaign activities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Develop comprehensive advertising plans and timelines for each campaign.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary assets, including ad creatives, specifications, and targeting information.
- Ensure accurate implementation of omnichannel ad campaigns across web, display, social and email.
2. Manage ad scheduling and placements:
- Utilize ad management systems to schedule and place advertisements according to client specifications.
- Monitor and optimize ad placements to maximize exposure and performance.
3. Monitor ad performance and reporting:
- Track and analyze ad campaign performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations to enhance overall advertising effectiveness.
4. Client communication and relationship management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in paid media or a similar role within the media industry or agency setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in advertising and project management platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Asana.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present campaign performance data.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marine industry trends, terminology, and target audience preferences is a plus.
