Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Digital Presses: Safely and efficiently operate digital presses to produce high-quality labels, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on digital presses, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Material Management: Manage inventory levels, acquire necessary materials, and load equipment with product and print files.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality, ensuring that labels meet customer specifications.
  • Collaboration and Training: Assist in training new team members, collaborate with other departments, and work with maintenance personnel on projects and validations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement, quality, improved cycle times, safety, cost reductions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of digital press operating experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard work instructions.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
