As a Campaign Analyst within our Integrated Outreach Solutions division, your primary responsibility will be to design and support various outreach initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to collect both technical and functional specifications, ensuring the accurate assembly, execution, and distribution of audience data. The Campaign Analyst will also conduct audits and perform testing and quality assurance to guarantee seamless delivery, including peer and team design evaluations.

You will excel in this position if you possess experience in the following areas:

  • Campaign management systems (preferably Unica Campaign).
  • Handling extensive and diverse data sets from multiple sources.
  • Creating logic to identify and segment target audiences.
  • Proficient in SQL query development, including aggregate calculations and case statements.
Note: This is a fully remote position with opportunities for in-person meetings throughout the year.

Execute direct consumer communication strategies to support marketing, educational, and clinical outreach efforts. Lead communication initiatives through content management and web publishing tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Marketing Operations interface with internal clients to ensure the successful definition, design, creation, and delivery of campaign communications using automated tools in collaboration with the IT support team.
  • Manage campaign deliverables and gather requirements from business leads, including the management and execution of campaigns.
  • Supervise the development and delivery of strategic communications across various channels, working with peers to maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Write queries to test campaign segmentation and create campaign segmentation, requiring database joins and selections.
Job Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
Experience:
  • 2 years - Experience with SAS (Base, SQL, Enterprise Miner, Guide) or similar programming and/or statistical analysis experience is required.
  • 1 year - Experience in designing web-based solutions and/or portal development is required.
  • 1 year - Campaign management or marketing segmentation experience is required.
  • 5 years - Experience in the healthcare sector.
Skills/Certifications:
  • Experience using computer GUI-based tools for creating and facilitating marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven ability to apply them successfully.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional documentation skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and manage employees and workflows.
  • Proven leadership skills that foster employee growth and development.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines.
