The Customer Experience Associate will collaborate with a vibrant team of business development professionals, solutions consultants, marketing specialists, and client experience agents. You will engage with an award-winning software product that has received multiple accolades over the years, driving our SaaS model and cloud-based applications for digital signage solutions, video walls, and interactive kiosk systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate conference calls and webinars with clients to nurture long-lasting relationships.
- Design and execute surveys and polls for various client segments to uncover challenges in the customer journey.
- Create and implement email campaigns to maintain awareness of our solutions and services.
- Analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Propose and assist in executing process improvements, pricing adjustments, and service delivery model enhancements to maximize solution value and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Generate quotes, orders, and invoices, and follow up on payments and receivables.
- Address client inquiries and resolve customer-side issues directly.
- Direct customer-side issues to relevant departments as necessary, while overseeing customer experience for optimal service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to strengthen customer relationships.

Schedule:
