Under the general guidance of the Group Director and Retail Vice President, the General Manager has a leadership role and is responsible for providing support and guidance to the Retail Stores through the coaching and development of in-store Management teams. In addition, the General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the stores within their region in order to achieve the mission, goals, and objectives of the Company. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring superior client service, and for meeting and exceeding, where possible, the regions financial objectives as well as implementing and following all Company policies and procedures.
