Requirements:
  • **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • **Experience:** Three years of building maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity. Must be EPA 608 Certified Type II or Universal (i.e., CFC certification).
  • **Skills:** Ongoing skills necessary to perform job description items, Positive Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, and basic computer knowledge.
  • **Personal Qualities:** People-oriented, Enjoyment in working with people, Openness to learning and change, Integrity, Positive attitude, Motivation, Initiative, and Responsible.
