PURPOSE OF JOB:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Tasks:

  • Regularly engage with clients to manage relationships, understand needs, answer questions, and solve problems related to valuation.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain Class Valuation's reputation and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appraisers and field partners to position Class Valuation as a premium AMC partner in the industry.
  • Provide customized service experiences to clients, demonstrating effective problemsolving skills and ownership.
  • Position oneself as a trusted advisor and build influential, servicecentric relationships with clients.
  • Manage time effectively, embrace learning opportunities, and seek personal advancement as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on larger goals amidst challenges.
  • Exercise judgment and critical thinking in escalating client issues to higher levels of management or support when necessary.
  • Handle urgent client issues with professionalism and discretion, making quick decisions as needed.
  • Assess each client's needs and preferences to determine the best service approach.
  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience, identifying and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely problemsolving and support client success.
  • Promote Class Valuation's products and services, aligning them with client objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support to internal teams.
  • Actively promote the company's brand and strengths, including its Staff Appraiser Program and data programs.
  • Meet or exceed Account Executive service level expectations on assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems or weaknesses before they impact clients.
  • Monitor communication channels and address issues promptly, ensuring effective internal communication and followthrough.
  • Model positive organizational behavior and core values.
  • Support "Lead with Service" initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular attendance as a requirement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach to customer engagement.
  • Networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

SCHEDULE:

10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
