Building strong relationships among senior management, physicians, and medical staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration for coordinated patient care, is paramount. Additionally, providing guidance and support for Division physicians and staff, along with ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical operations through relationships with key stakeholders, are essential aspects of this role.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language.
  • Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School required.
  • Direct clinical experience in Hospital Medicine required.
  • Experience in clinical operations required.
  • Experience in clinical research, quality improvement, and medical education desirable.

  • Minimum five years' experience as a physician clinician in a leadership role required.
