Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are looking for an independent, organized, tech savvy Order Manager. In this role you will manage customer projects through production and ensure orders are processed, engineered, and delivered on time.
In a typical workday, you will monitor open order lists, verify inventory, and proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to request any additional details regarding status and order updates.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Composed, poised, and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized and tech savvy.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software, CRM software, and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative and solve problems.
- Ability to willingly accept responsibility.
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple open orders at a time.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. The pay range for this position is $ $34.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
