Bulk Books Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Services LLC. As a Bulk Books Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the value, selection, and fulfillment for customers ordering in bulk on Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Order Evaluation and Execution: Assess available inventory and sourcing options with publishers to offer customer-requested titles and quantities, support negotiated bid responses with customers, and implement negotiated pricing for the final selection of titles.
  • Process Improvement and Program Excellence: Assist with the definition and design of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tools for the team, identify and action opportunities to improve/automate processes that drive efficiencies and benefit the end customer experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, publishers, and internal stakeholders, provide day-to-day support, and drive success in selection, pricing, and operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS Platforms
