About the Role

Aqua Star is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of customer orders, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Execution: Enter customer purchase orders, verify pricing and product availability, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Customer Relations: Work closely with the sales team to answer customer questions, handle problems, and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Sample Management: Prepare and ship customer samples according to specifications and track samples sent to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Aqua Star's products.
Requirements
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: College education highly preferred.
