Key Responsibilities- Order Execution: Enter customer purchase orders, verify pricing and product availability, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
- Customer Relations: Work closely with the sales team to answer customer questions, handle problems, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Sample Management: Prepare and ship customer samples according to specifications and track samples sent to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Aqua Star's products.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Education: College education highly preferred.
