As an Office Coordinator I, you will support business operations by handling various administrative tasks and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Telecare's values in all interactions
  • Handle financial tasks such as payroll, banking services, and AP
  • Manage medical records and human resources duties
  • Act as a liaison between the program and IT for technical support
  • Support program operations by assisting with scheduling, ordering supplies, and coordinating events
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist in special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High School or GED

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Experience with data entry

Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands: This role requires occasional standing, walking, bending, lifting, and driving. Visual tasks include computer work and close-up activities.
